No payment needed. If you love it, unlock the full song for $6.99 and download both versions as full-length MP3s. After that, each new song uses a credit.

Is a real person singing?

No. The lyrics are written by AI from your answers, and the song is sung by an AI voice. That's how we can make an original song for one person in minutes, for a few dollars. You read and edit every line before it's sung, and you hear a free preview before you pay.

How long does it take?

Telling us about them takes about three minutes. The lyrics usually arrive within a minute or two, and the song is usually ready within five minutes of pressing Sing, so it works for a same-day gift. We email you when it's ready, so you can close the tab.

What if the name is sung wrong?

Names matter, and some are hard to sing. If the name sounds off in your full song, press Name sounded wrong? and spell it the way it sounds, like “MEE-ah”. We sing it again for free, once per song.

What if something goes wrong?

If a song can't be made, the credit goes back to your account automatically and you can try again. If the name is sung wrong, the first fix is free. For anything else, write to support@yourmelody.ai and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy.
